The company, along with its subsidiaries, is principally engaged in property development business in the republic of Zimbabwe. Pearlville Land Developers is one of the leading land development companies in Zimbabwe. It boasts of vast experience, high degree of professionalism, economic capabilities and last but not least originality and an audacious vision. In the line of the government development agenda ZIMASSET the government of Zimbabwe recognises housing as a critical area that requires the participation of all willing and capable cooperates. We decided in our own way to augment the government of Zimbabwe in the provision of residential stands to the entire Zimbabwean market. However, the company through its subsidies has undertaken massive land development projects in most cities and towns across the country and have a combined experience of over 30 years. Pearlville property has in the process earned a reputation of meticulous work and professional engagement with stakeholders and clients everywhere we have set our foot.
To strategically position ourselves in a every local authority in Zimbabwe and create mutually beneficial partnerships with state, local authorities and individual land holders for residential and commercial land development.
